1. If customer's account is debited & Cyber Receipt is not generated and Customer is not Regenerating/Verifying the Transaction, it will be considered as Pending Transaction at Department.
  2. Customer can Reverify/Regenerate the Receipt by clicking the REVERIFY/REGENERATE option given below.
  3. Customer can make the payment by clicking on PAY option given below.
  4. Customers are requested to Enter Valid Reference Number and Retailer Code for Regeneration/Reverification of Receipt.
  5. Customers are requested to Regenerate/Verify Incomplete transaction in case of Account is debited & Transaction Response is pending at Department.
